29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s). On or about July 09, 2019 in the shop area of the facility, employees were exposed to crushing hazards when operating the following press brakes without point of operation guarding: a. Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brake serial #7864 b. Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brake serial #7812 c. Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brake serial #6771 d. Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brake serial #4600 McCorvey Sheet Metal Works, LP was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1321471, citation number 1 item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 10221 Rocket Blvd., Orlando, FL, 32824
