29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired. ESTABLISHMENT: The employer did not ensure that the open floor drain near the line #1 extruder machine was appropriately covered to prevent employees from being exposed to a tripping hazard. -
