29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Establishment: The Walking-Working surfaces in the following locations were not maintained in a clean safe condition: A. Pool Pump Room: The cover to the sump well was not in place exposing the employees to tripping hazards. B.Main Electrical Room: The channel iron that was on the floor and extended to the interior of the main electrical switch for the hotel was creating tripping and electrical hazards.
