29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) U.S. Pentagon, Washington Headquarters Services: On or about 06/29/2019, the employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization with 24 hours. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
