29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Location: Jobsite An employee was exposed to fall hazards while working where training had not been provided by a competent person. On or about June 29, 2019 and employee sustained serious injuries after falling approximately 5 feet from an elevated mobile scaffold to the concrete floor below.
