(a) East Soup Room - Soup Production Line: On or about June 25, 2019, employee(s) conducting Clean in Place (CIP) operations were exposed to thermal energy, hazardous chemicals, and steam hazard which can result in burns. Employees(s) did not utilize personal protective equipment to protect the face and eyes while performing CIP operations.
