29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: On or about July 28, 2019, the employer failed to adequately train employees who are required to wear personal fall arrest systems in the hazards associated with falls from equipment.
