29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Pallet Mill South Chop Saw - On or about June 25, 2019 employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards while walking and working in an area with excessive amounts of saw dust. Employees were exposed to large amounts of saw dust on the floors and other walkways. (b) Pallet Mill Dept. 6 - On or about June 25, 2019 employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards while walking and working in an area with excessive amounts of saw dust.
