29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: 5868 W. Florissant Ave, St. Louis: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to work on a flat roof 14 feet from ground level without any forms of fall protection systems. On 06/27/2019 three employees were observed working on a flat approximately 14 feet from ground level. The employees did not use any forms of fall protection systems such as warning line and safety monitor systems, safety net systems, guard rail systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
