29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: a) Line 3; On or about June 19, 2019 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to 14.5 foot fall hazards in that employees were required to work from an elevated walkway which had a guard rail system which did not include a mid-rail on one side of the walkway.
