29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 29 Tecumseh Dr., Longmeadow, MA: On or about June 22, 2019, 4 employees were observed working on the roof of this residence (prepping roof for solar panel installation) without any fall protection, more than 17 feet above the ground below. Vivint Solar, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181512, citation number 1, item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 515 Union Ave., Lakehurst, NJ 08733.
