29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. On or about June 18, 2019, during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 21 N. Hametown Rd, Akron, Ohio 44333; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a single family home were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material.
