29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury. a) Job Site - The employer did not make provisions prior to the start of construction to ensure prompt medical attention in case of serious injury. On or about June 14, 2019 an employee sustained serious injuries after falling with a ProSeries mast climbing work platform scaffold as it collapsed to the ground from a height above 20 feet. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
