29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Chanell Roofing & Home Improvement, LLC: The employer does not ensure that employees performing residential roofing work are protected from fall hazards while performing roofing activities. The violation was recently observed on or about June 18th, 2019, at the location of 2363 and 2365 Manchester Ln., Avon, OH, 44011, when employees were exposed to falls of 9 feet, 4 inches to the ground below.
