29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production Floor - On or about June 12, 2019, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in a servicing and/or maintenance task for the purpose of purging the filling horn on the Poly-Clip FCA 3430, Automatic Double-Clipper, thereby exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.
