29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about June 11, 2019, incomplete guarding was provided for the bun pan un-stacking machinery. The pan un-stacker cell/unit which contained interlock guarding had areas in which employees could reach hazardous machine functions such as, but not limited to; the magnetic pan lifter.
