29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: a. On or about June 6, 2019, at the Dolphin Pointe Health Care building construction job site, in the first-floor electrical panel room with temporary electrical power supplied, the employer exposed 5 electrician employees to 277-Volt shock hazards in that deenergized electrical circuits did not have tags at all points where equipment and circuits could be energized while employees were working on the wiring.
