OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard from a vehicle falling from an automotive lift: a) At the establishment, an employee repairing a 9,500 lb. truck, elevated on an automotive lift with an 8,000 lb. load capacity, was exposed to struck-by/crushed-by hazards, on or about June 9, 2019.
