29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Ely Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about June 4, 2019, an employee was observed working from a platform suspended by a Lull with no fall protection, more than 15 feet above the ground below. LaRochelle Construction, Inc was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1014765, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 2/5/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Greenacre Ave., Longmeadow
