29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 4, 2019, where employees were working on a commercial roof located at 5549 Akron Cleveland Road, Peninsula, OH, 44264, with at a height of approximately 18 feet and a 7:12 pitch, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Davis Roofing Solutions Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1324223, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1550 Rosewood Blvd. Avon, OH 44011.
