OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) 1192 Foster St. NW, Atlanta GA, The Howard School: On or about May 29, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall from approximately 11 feet and 9 inches, in that employees were allowed to dismount from an extension ladder (Werner D6200-2 Series), two at a time.
