(a) York College of Pennsylvania - An employee was hospitalized as a result of a fall at 6:30 pm on May 17, 2019 and the employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA until 9:07 am on May 20, 2019; approximately fifty three hours after the event. No abatement certification or documentation required.
