29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) 2nd Floor Lighting Service Panel - An employee accessing the service panel 1-14 was exposed to electrical shock hazards from 100 mph tape being used to cover holes in the service panel, on or about May 28th, 2019. b) 2nd Floor Receptacle Service Panel - An employee accessing the service panel 1-15 was exposed to electrical shock hazards from duct tape being used to cover a hole in the service panel, on or about May 28th, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
