29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: On or about May 21,2019, at 7167 Interpace Rd. Riviera Beach, FL 33407, an employee in the TIGER machine area who was a quality control paver machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 91.0 dBA, which exceeds the action level of 84.5dBA during the 9-hr representative sampling period. The employee was not provided with a baseline audiogram after being at the facility for more than one (1) year.
