The condition was most recently observed on or about May 17, 2019 at the jobsite located at 402 Fuller Drive, Wentzville, Missouri. The employer does not ensure employee(s) are using a Hitachi, gas- powered, wheeled, air compressor, such that it is located well away from a 5-gallon, military style gas can.
