29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: Cosam Contracting, Inc. at the worksite located at 211 N. Main St. in Nevada, Ohio: On or about May 22, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were protected head injuries while working below employees performing roofing operations. An employee tasked with taking items down from the roof was exposed to potential impact injuries from falling material.
