29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) Packing and Shipping - On or about May 22, 2019 the employer did not ensure that energy control procedures included steps for preventing employees exposure to all hazardous energy sources employees could come into contact with while performing maintenance on the Auto Packer, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
