29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: The employer does not protect employees from tripping hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Feed Making Area, the plywood floor was not maintained in a safe condition. Employee(s) were using a pallet jack to move loads of bagged commodity weighing up to 800 pounds across this floor. Multiple floor holes developed on a regular basis. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
