29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1004 Coleman Street-Wilmington, DE: On or about June 27, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that employees of a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Employees of a subcontractor were working within the trusses of the structure approximately 25 feet above grade without any means of fall protection.
