OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a struck-by and fall hazard while cutting a branch: a) Hole 18, an employee was exposed to a struck by and fall hazard, in that, he was standing approximately 8 feet high on a Hasegawa Tripod ladder using a chain saw to cut a tree branch without the use of a tag line to control the direction in which the branch would fall, on or about May 5, 2019
