29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure employees in a hoist area were protected from falling 4 feet or more to a lower level. On or about May 8, 2019, employees were exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard while loading and/or unloading material from the staircase platform to the mezzanine above the plant managers office. The expanded metal platform guard railing system was hinged and had an unsecured hasp attached to the top handrail.
