29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: At 1701 W. Main Street, Washington, Missouri, specifically inside of the upper level to the Fabrication Area, one employee received serious burns following an arc flash event on or about 05/08/19. The component of the arc flash suit known as a "balaklava" was not worn. This violation was noted on 0514/19.
