29 CFR 1910.106(f)(6): "No Smoking" signs were not conspicuously posted where hazard from flammable liquid vapors was normally present: Railcar Cleaning Terminals: On or about May 10, 2019, and at times thereto, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while smoking near railcar tankers containing commodity such as, but not limited to, natural gas condensate and sweet crude oil.
