29 CFR 1926.952(d)(2)(i): A more extensive, detailed discussion was not conducted when hazardous work was to be performed and the employees were exposed to hazardous conditions: a) On or about May 7, 2019 at jobsite near 8898 Baptist Camp Road, Elberta, Al: The employer failed to ensure a more detailed job briefing was conducted prior to transferring power from the new phase 1 line over to the old phase 1 line prior to cutting the old phase 1 line which no longer provided service, exposing employees to the hazards associated with arc flash.
