29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 5/08/2019, Luis Pene DBA Luis Pene was removing and installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located at 75 Casey Court in Wentzville, MO. Two employees were installing shingles with pneumatic nail guns and one employee was cutting a ridge vent with a circular saw. None of the employees were wearing eye protection.
