29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) Back Shop - On or about April 30, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee was operating the table saw cutting wooden shingles without the use of any guarding on the saw. On April 30, 2019 an employee was hospitalized with an amputation to his fingertip following an incident with the table saw which he cut his left pointer finger.
