29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, and passageways were kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. This violation occurred on or about April 30, 2019, and at times prior thereto; when passageways/working areas were not keep clean from accumulation of water and fertilizer, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards: a. In the fertilizer plant. b. In the catwalk platform, above fertilizer bins.
