29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(9): Where employees must travel between workplaces during a work shift, the employer did not maintain the material safety data sheets in each workplace or at the primary workplace facility where employees can immediately obtain information the required information in the case of an emergency: On or about April 24, 2019, the employer did not ensure safety data sheets were immediately obtained in an emergency for employees who handles millennium release containing hazardous substances such as sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite and lauryldimethylamine oxide.
