29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a) 1404 East Palmer St., Philadelphia, PA 19125 - The employer did not ensure that each tubular welded frame of a scaffold, on which employees performed brick masonry at heights up to 24 feet, was cross-braced, thus exposing employees to fall from height and struck-by hazards. This condition was observed on or about April 9, 2019.
