29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(1): An employee was required to place a part of his or her body into an area on a machine or piece of equipment where work was actually performed upon the material being processed (point of operation) or where an associated danger zone existed during a machine operating cycle: On or about April 17, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees were properly trained in the use of the safe stop method, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in the machine.
