29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about April 23, 2019, at this worksite, an employee was injured and required in-patient hospitalization. The employer did not report to OSHA within 24 hours that an employee had been hospitalized. The Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1304380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 207 West Del Mar Boulevard, Laredo, TX 78041.
