29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(ii): Written procedures were not developed, documented or utilized during a non-routine Servicing/Maintenance task that did not meet the exception (a) DIE-FOLD WRAPPER MACHINES, PEANUT BUTTER LINE - Employees removed a metal barrier guard that covered the drive chain and sprocket and made adjustments to the rotating knife of the Package Machinery Company Die-Fold Wrappers A through P, and the employees did not use lock out tag out procedures to de-energize the machines, on or about April 17, 2019. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
