29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) On or about April 22, 2019, employees were not provided with appropriate foot protection to guard against punctures and lacerations to the feet when required to work on and in roofing debris containing nails. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
