29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store # 431 - An employee was hospitalized as a result of a fall at 5:40 pm on April 7, 2019 and the employer did not notify OSHA until 10:40 am on April 10, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
