29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: a) Construction site, Wrightstown Elementary, Roof - On or about April 12, 2019, the fire extinguisher positioned on the roof where employees applying hot patches on the roof used propane torches had been previously discharged.
