29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: The employer is failing to train employees on the hazards associated with the release of hazardous stored energy where energy control procedures have been implemented. This was most recently documented at 216 N. Adams St, Papillion, Nebraska on April 18, 2019 where employees who are affected by energy control procedures in their work area were not trained on the purpose and use of the procedures.
