29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) This violation occurred on April 17, 2019, at a workplace located at 3415 Calico Drive, Irving, TX; where at least three (3) employees, who were working underneath overhead work that were being performed from scaffolds, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.
