29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): A fall protection plan was not prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast work, or residential construction work was being performed: a) 31 Upper Stump Road, Chalfont, PA, Worksite - on or about March 27, 2019, employees were performing cast in place concrete work for a new residential home, working approximately nine feet above a lower level from the top of the formwork, but the employer had not prepared a written fall protection plan for this activity.
