29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented at 6301 Rainwood Rd, Omaha, Nebraska on April 12, 2019 when employees were installing synthetic roofing materials to a residential structure with an eave height that was over 8' above the ground. A fatality occurred at this jobsite as a result of a fall from height and the employee was not using fall protection.
