29 CFR 1915.34(c)(3)(iv): The blaster was not protected against injury from exposure to the blast by appropriate protective clothing, including gloves: a) Abrasive Blast Shop: On or about 04/09/2019, the employer failed to provide appropriate coveralls in that the coveralls provided was excessively large thereby created a possible hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
